Industrial Theatre means the process of preparing a script based on the social and economic environmental factors identified by an enterprise or organisation. These factors are clarified into the theme and specific outcome of the theatre piece. The piece is developed through the Pumalo Theatre strategy into a form of physical theatre which is then rehearsed for a performance. Such a theatre piece is aligned to the strategic goals of the developmental process.
