The success or failure of change initiatives has less to do with the brilliance of the plan or model and more to do with people in leadership and management being able to walk their talk when the chips are down and the organic nature of change begins to take over. We have developed the ability to develop organic interventions that capture the heart of the desire "organising principle" around which the team / system will eventually self-correct.
