1. Be single minded in your commitment to your organisation. Be the kind of employee you would like to have if this was your company
2. Support your leaders wholeheartedly and without grumbling. Even if they are not your ideal leaders. Be the kind of follower you would like to have if you were in leadership or management

4. Carry your wounds and/or scars with dignity
5. Only speak with others about that which contributes to the good of the organisation

7. Study with diligence. Develop the habit of reading. Read books that inspire
8. Set three stretching goals for yourself every six month cycle and get your manager/leader’s support for their achievement
9. Take full responsibility for your own contribution to the organisation. Go the extra mile
10. Be cheerful in every situation
