Communications Climate Audit |

The climate audit of the communication environement is a challenging but valuable excersise. Not only does it provide a baseline for measuring ongoing efforts for improving communication, it can become a helpful diagnostic for where to focus energies. It can reveal how best we can support a company to connect to her people. Even if the project team do not achieve all the goals, we think of the phrase '(that) what's measured, improves'.
