Growing on our Success

We celebrate the idea that through just over 580 interventions in last few years we have touched over 58 000 people through the products and services of Pumalo Africa in our methodologies of industrial theatre, experiential learning and motivation 4 momentum.

Out of the passion we hold for organisational behaviour management we have supported our clients through products that range from once off communication events to the multi-year training and development interventions, from train-the-trainer and seminars to outdoor experiential learning interventions. The Pumalo applications have seen many men and women exposed to messages of productivity, safety dance and slogans, employee motivation and mobilization facilitated through industrial theatre and experiential learning.

As each individual is exposed to the specific outcomes designed from their organisational context, they are given an opportunity to experience new or other ways of interacting with people and the possibility of embracing methods and tools that cultivate peak performance of groups of people in the workplace.
